Women in business are often overqualified yet hesitant to step into the spotlight, waiting for the mythical 'perfect time' to promote themselves. Instead of putting our work and expertise out there, we convince ourselves we need just one more qualification, a bit more confidence, or for the stars to align. Spoiler: They never do.
