"I was stuck in the YouTube world, just constantly trying to learn everything, really, just because, you know, I'm sure most people deal with that too, just anything to avoid the real action that makes your heart pump, getting on the phones and whatnot."

 

"Having that sense of community made it. It kind of created a safe space so that when I got on the phone, and I would often get on my first, you know, couple dozen calls, I did them on zooms, so other people would be hearing me."

 

"I realized that it's not necessarily finding people to make an offer on. It's finding people who have motivation, and they're both very important."

 

"I went to Chat-GPT. I told it what my offer was. I told him, like the situation, and I said make it look nice and professional. I think I put it through there, like once or twice."
