Čierny moč na plienke, čierny pot, čierne fľaky na ušniciach a v očiach, no najmä čierny pigment, ktorý sa usádza v kostiach a chrupavkách a ničí ich- to je genetické metabolické ochorenie alakaptonúria, ktoré sa nazýva aj choroba čiernych kostí. Slovensko má najväčší výskyt pacientov s touto chorobou a slovenský vedec Richard Imrich stál za odskúšaním "prírodného" lieku, ktorý im dnes pomáha.
