Happy St Patrick's Day, hope you have a good one.

Sometimes timing is everything, so why  not release the latest episode of the show on St Patrick's Day, a day celebrate all things Irish, and who better than chatting with Derek King the founder of Experience Irish Whiskey to share his story.

Derek discussed his whiskey journey from working in the mines of Western Australia, to bars in Australia, Canada and the different pub cultures he's experienced. 

Then he brought these experiences home where his work brought him to Slane Distillery, then a meeting with a friend led to working as Powers Global Brand Ambassador.

To presently creating, unique Irish whiskey experiences, and the evolution of the experiences.
