The Running Man is a popular hip-hop move, widely believed to have originated in the late 1980s in Oakland, California. It was popularized by award-winning rapper, dancer, entrepreneur, and occasional actor MC Hammer. Jk...I truly wish I could tell you that we are discussing one of the true highlights of the 1980’s -  the amazing dance called the running man, howmever, our moves and grooves podcast has yet to make it to air, so I guess we’ll chat about the Arnold Schwarzenegger movie instead… Connies, it’s 1987’s The Running Man!
