From leading Holt’s Women of Holt employee resource group to mentoring young women through NYC Services, Rising Stars, and Tools & Tiaras Inc., she’s empowering the next generation of builders. Shereece's dedication to service, equity, and outreach—particularly to underserved and displaced youth—is helping redefine what leadership and access look like in construction. Her hands-on work, like hosting the Tools & Tiaras summer camp at JFK’s Terminal 4, showcases her belief that “Jobs Don’t Have Genders” and that every young person deserves a pathway to success.
