In-House Simulations in Urgent Care - with Khang Gan and Erin Carn-Bennett

This week, we chat with Khang Gan and Erin Carn-Bennett from MedSim Solutions.  

We discuss psychologically safe simulations and how they can benefit practice.  We discuss the benefits of in-house resus simulations and how these can be achieved in urgent care.  We also discussed a 4-hour in-house paediatric resus course that they run, which is endorsed as a resus refresher with the College.
