Energy Stew - 06/30/12

Your spirit...your soul - What do they mean? We talk so much about our spirits and our souls but what are we really referring to?  Are we each thinking about them the same way?  If not, then what's really true about them?  How much do we really know about the deeper parts of ourselves that we all (or most of us) can agree on?

I took part in a linkedin discussion about this and was shocked at how many different viewpoints were expressed.  Two of the participants, I thought, provided the most wisdom so I asked them to do an interview with me.  They are Andrea Mathews and Johanna Carroll.  Both have written a number of books and have websites in their names.
