Tesa Baum is a Reiki Master/Healer and Hypnotherapist. Tesa is passionate about natural healing and helping people live their lives to the fullest.

Her goal is to help people connect to their higher consciousness and experience inner peace, purpose, and find strength to reach their goals in their lives. She continues to study and incorporate new healing methods into her practice everyday.

Tesa graduated from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA in 1993, majoring in History and minoring in Cultural Anthropology. Shortly after graduating college, her interests led her to discover reiki and other healing techniques. At that time, Tesa was working and living in New York City, and beginning a career in sales. She found that reiki and meditation were very healing and provided an essential balance to her hectic lifestyle. Now married and residing in CT with her husband and two young daughters, Tesa finds that reiki continues to benefit her life in numerous ways.

Tesa’s love for energy healing led her to become a reiki practitioner in 2005, and she is now a certified Usui and Karuna Master/Healer. She is a member of the International Association of Reiki Professional (IARP) and has studied energy work, healing and meditation.

Tesa has also found that hypnotherapy has been a very powerful healing tool.  Tesa became certified in hypnotherapy in July 2013 and is using this modality to help clients relax the mind through guided imagery. She has found that it helps create a positive mindset, helps with life-long phobias, addictions, sleep issues, and traumas and is wonderful for motivation and instilling self confidence. 

Tesa's reiki and hypnotherapy sessions are unique for each client. She draws from her widespread experience and education to help her clients overcome blocks, find balance, increase motivation and build self confidence. Her sessions are cathartic and help people create positive changes in their lives. People have reported feeling released from their burdens and more enlightened, and often leave sessions feeling more focused and with a feeling of greater inner peace.
