Episode 77: Burgers and Obama

On this episode, we chat about the awesomeness that is Mo'Ne Davis and her Little League World Series record, when chicken nuggets were invented, and Lisa Kudrow and "Web Therapy." Oh, and Obama and Ferguson.

Cyber Treatment

• 8 strawberries, hulled & halved

• 5 big fresh basil leaves

• 1/8 fresh lime, wedged

• 1-1/2 cups tonic water

• 2 oz. gin

• 1 tablespoon simple syrup, agave, raw sugar or stevia (add more if needed)

• ice

Directions

In a mixing glass, add the strawberries, basil and lime. Muddle them thoroughly to release the juices and oils. In a small bowl, mix the honey or raw sugar with a little amount of tonic water (just enough to dilute it). When it has diluted, add to the mixing glass. Add the gin and tonic water. Strain everything in 2 drinking glasses full of ice.

Garnish with more strawberries, basil & lime if using.
