Diamond Light Source

In this bonus episode, Andrew and Ben share some audio from a short film they are making about Diamond Light Source, a particle accelerator at Harwell Campus in Oxfordshire.

For the film, we spoke to mathematician Jonny Brooks Bartlett, geologist Natasha Stephen and chemist Andrew Beale about how Diamond works and the research they carry out there.

The final film is little shorter than this version, and was shown in Lionel: The Spaceship of Our Imagination at Science Up Close at Harwell Campus on 11 July 2015.
