Mallarie Stookey from Indiana grew up on a dairy farm, and she says the conference taught her the steps to take for a succession plan for the family farm. Her goals are to open a cheese factory on their farm and to maintain the quality of their cattle.
Ryan Schwyn from Ohio says he gained a lot of information to take back to his operation by hearing the different perspectives and viewpoints expressed by the conference speakers. He looks forward to growing his operation through diversification and innovation.
