We have a fun and outgoing fitness trainer with us today. Her name is Sara belote. We will be talking abou TRX and why it’s beneficial for overall fitness.
Sara is a certified TRX Suspension trainer who previously led small group classes in a gym setting and now performs personal training sessions and instructs small group classes in various locations. She trains at beaches, parks, and community events and can conduct classes in most locations due to the portability of TRX equipment.
