We have an outgoing and fun personal trainer with us today. His name is James Peska. We will be talking about how to design workouts to break plateaus.
James owns Peak Condition which is a fitness company that offers online fitness workouts, personal training, individual athlete and team training. With over 8 years of training experience James Peska has helped numerous clients exceed goals and get in the best shape of their lives. His certifications include N.A.S.M, P.E.S., C.E.S., kettle-bell athletics, certified high school coach. Some work credentials include Roosevelt University Men’s Soccer Strength and Conditioning ’13-’14. St. Ignatius soccer S.S.A.Q. training ’15. All-american collegiate athletes, numerous high school athletes earning college scholarships, and amazing body transformations with personal training clients. James also put himself through school on an athletic scholarship and graduated from St. Xavier University in 2004. He says, always remember “you don’t have to be an athlete to train like an athlete!”.
