Years ago someone sent me a research paper around the topic called “Wistful Regret”.  The research outlined in the article made a huge impact me on the time.  Hellen Keller said “Hell starts when the person we are, meets the person we could have become”.  Over time I misplaced the article, butI am thankful to have found the recording/training I did a week orso after I was given the article.
