Jenn Welch is a 30-something, native Bostonian, and Korean American adoptee. She is currently the Director of International Student Enrollment at Thayer Academy, a private day school outside of Boston. Over the last 15 years, she has been committed to helping young people, from diverse backgrounds in their quest for educational success. Jenn has worked at a number of educational non-profits like, The Steppingstone Foundation, Northeastern University's Center for the Study of Sport in Society, and as an AmeriCorps Volunteer with Athletes in Service to America. When she's not changing lives - one kid at a time - Jenn is a single lady who loves the beach, pizza, sarcasm, the occasional glass of rosé, or hanging out with her rescue pup, Ella Grace.
