We have a passionate, outgoing and fun personal trainer with us today. His name is John Hall. We will be talking about how to improve your health and wellness through mindset and vision.
For 30 years, John Hall has been among Chicago’s leading fitness experts and lifestyle coaches. His unique Optimally Fit approach emphasizes the virtues of overall health and self-assurance, and encourages clients to view wellness holistically as a combination of mental, physical and spiritual health.
Aside from being a personal trainer, healthy lifestyle coach and successful entrepreneur, John looks to take his unique approach to fitness to a wider audience as the author of a Fitness Journal, a 30-day meal plan and brand new cookbook, which will be published in late 2016. John is also active as a father, husband and youth mentor. Through his business and personal life, John has a singular focus on living each day to the fullest, and giving others the tools to do the same.
