But the main thing is that whenever you share something that's about how awesome a 5km is (or any distance) there are always going to be people who miss the point and get all superior about their distance. So we go into a bit of detail about the awesome challenge that is 5km, how to set goals for you and not for anyone else and how to resist snobbery or negativity in all its forms.
We also announce some exciting new plans which we literally thought of mid-podcast, but you'll have to listen to find out what they are!
