Rev. Dorothy Harris is the founder and pastor of the Unity Fellowship Church of Columbia, Maryland. She has participated in the leadership team of the Transgender Day of Remembrance and Pride Services held in our Sanctuary. She is a career educator, with over 30 years in higher education administration, including Dean-level roles in Academic Advising and Enrollment Management and faculty positions in English, American Studies, Women's Studies, Communication and Reading. She currently teaches Communication at Loyola University Maryland and English at area community colleges. Rev. Harris holds a BA in English, an MA in American Studies/Women’s Studies, and the JD from the University of Baltimore. She serves as a Day of Trial mediator for the District Court of Maryland.
The First Unitarian Church of Baltimore is located at the corner of Charles and Franklin Streets in downtown Baltimore. Services are held every Sunday at 11 a.m.
During the summer, weekly worship services are held in the Enoch Pratt Parish Hall at 514 N. Charles St starting at 10:00 a.m. each Sunday.
