We have an experienced and hard working personal trainer with us today. His name is Don Wascher. We will be talking about lifting heavy and how to eat to be lean.
Competed in powerlifting and bodybuilding until he had a lower back injury and had screws and pins put in lower back.
Since then he started doing personal training full time. He’s owned his own fitness studio for 20years.
Now I’m lifting and competing in jujitsu as a brown belt.
