Wayfarers, the indie-pop duo formed by Katie Cecil, former guitarist of the Walt Disney / Buena Vista Records all-girl rock band KSM, and Anthony Purpura, who formerly played in bands such as For the Foxes and Stereo Skyline, has been on the rise since the debut of "Just Our Style" in 2015. Today, the group is thrilled to unveil a new infectious track, "KINGS," premiering exclusively on Kick Kick Snare. "KINGS" is a wildly catchy tune of nostalgia, paying homage to the recklessness of our youth and love for music. The track is a more mature look into Wayfarers' creative brain, while staying true to their upbeat, infectious roots. A more minimalistic approach to production than a few of the earlier songs, "KINGS" leaves room for the melody to shine above all else. Lyrically, "KINGS" paints a picture of young recklessness, being inspired by music and having it making you almost invincible, like the kings of the record store. On their music, Wayfarers stated:
