Det finns en lucka i lagen när det gäller så kallat näthat. Det konstaterade Svea hovrätt som friade ett antal mycket grova påhopp men samtidigt påpekade att de borde vara kriminaliserade. Den utsatta kvinnan inleder nu en process mot staten eftersom hon anser att ”luckan” har gjort henne rättslös.
