The office of 2035 will have to offer something the virtual environment can't, says Derwent development manager

Speaking from the White Collar Factory, a building that was designed to meet needs that occupiers didn't even know they would have, Benjamin Lesser, development manager at Derwent London, describes what the office of 2035 should look like.

"The physical environment in 18 years time will have to offer the something the virtual environment can’t. It will have to bring people together to do their best thinking."

He was talking to Amber Rolt at the BCO NextGen hackathon, where young architects and developers produced designs for the office of the future.
