This session aims to demystify the Public Service Broadcaster commissioning process, from the moment of initial engagement with a PSB through the pitching process and into potential development and production of a TV show.
The panel of experienced commissioners will tackle the oft-asked questions, such as: How do I make an initial approach? What do you want to see? What type of show are you looking for? What does a potential development deal look like? What happens to my IP rights during the process?
Each organistaion will also have a platform to explain its needs and processes, and impart their stories of best practice and what makes them proud for their output.
