Troubling times made this one a difficult but essential recording to make. This file focuses on "purification," letting go of negative emotions like fear, anxiety, frustration, and anger. While these emotions are part of life and serve a purpose, they can be destructive if held on for too long making us too depressed and cynical to do good in the world.
