El Libro de Abraham es un libro de escrituras SUD que José Smith tradujo de una colección de papiros egipcios antiguos que compró la iglesia. El libro contiene un relato acerca de parte de la vida de Abraham, así como visiones que tuvo sobre la vida premortal y la creación. El libro contiene tres facsímiles que son partes de los papiros originales y traducciones por parte de José Smith de sus imágenes y personajes. El Libro de Abraham fue canonizado en 1880 y es parte de la Perla de Gran Precio. Se creyó que los papiros habían sido destruidos hasta que fueron redescubiertos en 1966.
