Dr. Roslyn Layton: FCC Net Neutrality

Roslyn Layton, PhD, was a member of the Trump Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Transition Team from November – April 2017. She is a PhD Fellow at the Center for Communication, Media, and Information Technologies (CMI) at Aalborg University in Copenhagen, Denmark and a Visiting Fellow at the American Enterprise Institute’s Center for Internet, Communications, and Technology Policy. The FCC will vote on a new rule December 14 that will repeal net neutrality regulations put in place in 2015.
