Adam Mossoff is a Professor of Law at Antonin Scalia Law School, George Mason University and the Founder of the Center for the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights. He has testified before the Senate and the House on patent legislation, and he has spoken at numerous congressional staff briefings and academic conferences, as well as at the PTO, the FTC, and the DOJ. The United States just fell to 12th place in U.S. Chamber of Commerce International Patent Strength ranking.
