We are also joined by Maurice Lavell of CSMC Mortgage to talk about the California HFA (Housing Finance Agency) program which is a first time home buyer and down payment assistance program. Finally, we are graced by our own Sarah Barrett-Lepore to discuss the heart chakra, protecting yourself from the flu, and the benefits of essential oils in her health and wellness segment.
