Welcome to episode one! You will be introduced to me, Chelsea Wiley, and learn a little bit about my background has a health professional and why I wrote the book Mystical Motherhood. We need to know where our food comes from and trace it back in time the original source. When you eat clean and healthy you connect to your neocortex or the place in your brain that is filled with creativity and inspiration. When you tend towards eating low energy food you are working from your limbic system – where fight flight takes place. I will teach you what to eat and what not to eat. I will also teach you why sugar and vegetable oil are detrimental to your system, especially during pregnancy.
