Episode 90: Discipline

Happy four year anniversay, Deef-heads! That's the new name I'm trying out for our fanbase. Or maybe Deefans? Pronounced like "defence"? Look, I was going to leave it to you to organically create but you've been a bit slack. This episode features a few exciting tests, some discussion of self-control, and more miscellany.
