SHRM18 Special Edition - Jon talks to Mike Mitchell

It's another SHRM18 special edition!  Jon had a chance to speak with Mike Mitchell, who serves as a senior faculty member of the Center for Creative Leadership, of which Jon is an alumni.  They talk about innovation and barriers HR pros often encounters in workplace innovation.  As an added bonus, Mike is a Chicago native and gives Jon the inside scoop on what to do while you're in town for the conference!
