Eric started his first legitimate business at the age of 12 and has never looked back. In fact, Eric prides himself on being an Entrepreneur and has only ever worked for himself. With a career that spans over thirty years the driving force behind everything he does is summed up in one word…Entrepreneurship!!!
At the age of 19 Eric embarked on what has become a lifelong mission to leave an indelible mark on the real estate industry. With sales exceeding 250 million dollars in residential, commercial and development land deals, he has defined his career purpose as such, create deals that leave all parties achieving their personal and financial goals through the real estate model.
With a passion for life and people, five years ago Eric began a new journey of self-discovery and awareness. It was then that he met Bob Proctor and his life changed forever. Bob got him to realize one simple and profound truth…Life does not happen to you, it happens for you!!! And you order it up by virtue of your thoughts. Understanding the relationship to ones thinking relative to their results is critical to success and happiness. However, that can only happen when you know how the mind works. Eric’s moto is simple: When you have something good, all you want to do is share it with the world. It’s such a great way to live!!
