This is a quote from the man I’ve invited to the show today, JuVan Langford…an inspirational thought-leader whose mission is to help empower men. Today we talk about The War Within: Men Are Suffering In Silence. 

In light of Father’s Day in the states last week, this episode has a very powerful message for fathers and men. Listen up. This one is dedicated to all the men in my life.
