Med en række nye lydtemaer gør vi det nu lettere for dig, at få bl.a. øjeblikkelig kontakt med din underbevidsthed, falde i søvn, slippe angst og stress, koncentrere dig bedre og meget mere.
Det tekniske er lidt kedeligt, men kort forklaret handler det om, at man med den rette lydfrekvens, kan ændre på hjernens frekvens. Når vi er vågne er hjernens elektriske aktivitet karakteriseret ved en regelmæssig svingning på mellem 11-25 hz. (EEG-måling). Ved normal afslapning er svingningen på ca. 8 hz. og i dyb søvn ligger svingningerne på ca. 4 hz.
Musik og lyde kan således konstrueres til at skrue op eller ned for svingningsmønstret i hjernen og dermed op dermed og ned for hjernens aktivitet – og bl.a. derfor kan musik bruges til at lade vores bevidsthed og underbevidsthed gå i et dynamisk og udviklende samarbejde.
