We're Going to Believe Our Own Eyes about Comey's Malfeasant Bias

The Inspector General of the Department of Justice seems to be channeling his inner Groucho Marx. That quintessential comedian once famously quipped, “Who are you going to believe – me or your lying eyes?”

Yesterday, General Michael Horowitz released the 500-page report of his extensive inquiry into the FBI’s handling of the Clinton email scandal. Despite its abundant indications that the FBI gave Hillary wildly preferential treatment, the IG says that there was “no political bias” on the part of its then-Director, James Comey. 

Naturally, this single line became the talking point of the anti-Trump left and their media enablers.  The good news, however is that most Americans are going to rely upon their own eyes and intuition, and will insist that those who betrayed the public trust and abused their law enforcement powers are held fully accountable, at last.
