This week like most weeks had a taste of momentum a pint of progress and the inevitable aftertaste of breakdowns. And then Friday rolled around and we both noticed something interesting.
The tank was getting empty, the pull to unplug begins to show up. The wanting to have a beer, do nothing and “recharge” our batteries. But does that actually recharge us?
2 worlds for the Weekend Warrior began to show up:
- Do nothing, check-out and veg-out. and not experience any sort of recharge really
- Or create what recharge actually looks like and do something that you really enjoy doing. Because it’s in that action where the real recharge happens.
