Back in May Maxwell Schaeffer, a Des Moines radio fixture for over 23 years, was fired by the Des Moines Radio Group. We sat down with Maxwell to reflect on a life in radio broadcasting, what started his career, what is it about radio today that is so different from years ago, some people who have helped him along the way and much more.
