Kristina White is Certified Exercise Nutrition Coach in Las Vegas, NV. In addition to being a coach, she also has a full-time 9-5 job, a small meal prep business, and is a wife and mother. Her journey to her passion of helping others be their healthiest selves began when she herself was extremely unhealthy. At more than 100 pounds overweight, she was considered morbidly obese and her weight was a serious threat to her health. With the help of her own coach, she was able to lose almost 100 pounds and become the most fit she has ever been. And now she dedicates herself to helping others do the same.
