Believe - and Believe In - Jim Jordan

This is Frank Gaffney with the Secure Freedom Minute. 

Donald Trump declared yesterday, “Jim Jordan is one of the most outstanding people I’ve met since I’ve been in Washington. I believe him 100 percent. No question in my mind.”  Amen.

The President is responding to reports calculated to besmirch Rep. Jordan’s heretofore unblemished record of integrity, character and conservative conviction. 

Two facts help calibrate such reports.  First, they are emanating from Perkins Cole – a Washington DC law firm best known as an instrument of Democratic political warfare, notably, for its promotion of the fraudulent Steele “dossier.”

Second, Perkins Cole’s attack on Rep. Jordan is occurring as the Congressman’s campaign to become the next Speaker of the House gathers steam.  Swamp creatures, including Democrats and the current Republican congressional leadership, have a mutual interest in taking him out.

The rest of us should join President Trump in standing with Jim Jordan.
