This lead to a discussion revolving around how do you temper the bias in Artificial Intelligences, looking specifically at Amazon's intelligent resume filter.  Do you set up distributed systems that put that check on rogue bias?  How do you establish a transparency and tell people the bias included in particular systems?  We ask all these questions and more in this week's episode
