If the Matrix is real, then we have been programmed since birth almost to look outwards for love, happiness and self validation. This needs to stop, because in all truth no one really cares that much about anyone but themselves, yet we tend to want to believe we are the centre of everyone else world...which cripples us with fears of judgement from others....how bizarre is that?!
