We just came out of ROCKtober & we're nearing the end of the year! First, we are officially taking on November! How do you make this a November to Remember?!
1. Have a clear direction - Have a clear direction in every aspect of your life. In your business, have a clear direction with your numbers. What are they? What do you want them to be? Get clear!
2. Are you respected in your industry? - Do you know what is going on in your farm? Are you professional in the way you present yourself? How do your clients and the agents you work with perceive your business persona? You want to over deliver and under promise in every area!
3. Communication - How are you in this area? Your scripts! Don't ever forget about these, these should be your best friend. Learning how to be a good communicator is a main factor in this business! Ask open ended questions, have intense curiosity, get involved and be in the 'need to know'.
4. Product - What is our product in real estate? Homes! You're selling homes! To have buyers, you need an inventory of your homes to sell to these buyers. So for you, what is YOUR main product...your inventory meaning, your LISTINGS! You have a to have a good inventory if you plan on having good closing business!
5. Opportunity - Think about your opportunities in the role you chose to create money. If you take these last 4 points to heart, think of the opportunity that you will to be the most successful you can be!
