Democratic caucus looks more like America. Democrats pick up more seats with Sinema winning flipping Jeff Flake’s seat and Katie Porter flipping an Orange County Republican stronghold. Porter was a student of Elizabeth Warren and ran an unabashed progressive campaign supporting Medicare-for-all, expanding Social Security and going after the banks. Democrats in for a rude awakening as the new freshman/women class heads to Congress. It’s a new day.
