It’s the Tuesday the week of Thanksgiving and lots of things are going on around at Saint Stanislaus Kostka. For one thing, Father Anthony is back after his recent visit from Florida, seeing the devastation from Hurricane Michael and shares with Tony, Cristina, and all of us, what he saw, saying it's destruction is similar to an atomic bomb, with much damaged and destroyed all around and many without homes and all kinds of necessities. Much is needed to be rebuild and everyone talks about what is being done and needs to be done to help out all those in need from the aftermath. On a different note, Father Anthony talks about the “apocalyptic” readings from Sunday’s mass, which can relate in a way to Hurricane Michael's aftermath and the signs of the times and other tragedies and disasters, which means a need for hope and Gods help.
From all of us at Winds of Change: Happy Thanksgiving everyone.
