She’s baaaaaack! One of the zen gals favorite humans and most beloved zen friend, Erin Rowland, is back in the studio. You may remember Erin from a previous episode this year, Diaries of a mini van mom, but now she is back to break down her holiday craziness. Managing a household of 7 around the busiest time of year can be exhausting, and when you have partial lung capacity it can be even more difficult. But don’t be fooled, Erin’s lack of oxygen doesn’t dampen her spirit or her high level of quick wit. Erin discusses why she let go of some holiday traditions like traveling and perfection and embraced her own traditions. Erin will share the importance of a memory jar and why three little white balls holds so much significance in her house. We always enjoy and cherish our special time with Erin and we know you will too.
