I want to talk about something that we all have, Limiting Beliefs! We all have them like I said so don't worry! However, there are those few who can change those limiting beliefs and create new ones that support success in all areas of your life! What you believe, is critical! If you have these negative beliefs, we all have them remember its normal, but you have to work EVERYDAY at changing them. It's using that habit replacement therapy, right? Acknowledge immediately when you have negative thoughts and that they're not true, then immediately change them into positive ones! Why would you ever have a story in your head that is not consistent with what you want to achieve? Think about that and how does that apply to your life right now? Your mind can be a terrible neighborhood sometimes, you shouldn't go there alone. Instead, bring along aspects that will support you as you walk through that negative neighborhood of your mind! Listen to your audiobooks, smile, meditate, create a plan, etc. What is it that you can do to help train your mind to change limiting beliefs?
