For some reason, the FTP uploader had a hiccup the first time we posted this, and only 10 minutes was posted. Now, behold, the full 41 minutes of banter, the way it was intended!

In this case, the 100 Mile Diet is about definitions 1a, b, c and 2, not necessarily the most common use of the word today in relating to a regimen to shed pounds. There are a LOT of good points about the idea, and in this podcast the Zwei Fat Chicks review the book by James MacKinnon and Alisa Smith and discuss the good, the impractical and a few ways to adapt the idea if needed.
