Genesis 25:23 (ESV) 23 And the Lord said to her, “Two nations are in your womb, and two peoples from within you shall be divided; the one shall be stronger than the other, the older shall serve the younger.”
A story from old is told about a twin of different mold. The older would serve the younger in a twist of customary order. Not for good or guile, they’ve done but an election before being born. Mercy’s choice for God’s own sake thus His Glory no other can take. Look to Christ oh feeble man and be stayed in God’s great plan. When tough be our days and loud be our cry, our father keeps our ways even when we don’t know why.
