In this episode Liz interviews Martha Clark, the daughter of Jim Clark, former president of the Maryland Senate. Martha’s daughter, Nora, who now overseas the operation of the Clark roadside stand on Route 108 adjacent to Columbia, joins them for a discussion about the Clarks’ role in moving our culture forward to a healthier way of eating. They also discuss the aspects of their farm, a national model of farmland preservation in the midst of an urban environment, also being a business.
